Customers should use strong passwords, appropriate role permissions, and careful document handling.
Subprocessors
We may use trusted cloud, database, storage, payment, email, analytics, and support infrastructure providers to deliver the service. These providers are used only as needed for product operation and support.
Retention
We keep data for as long as needed to provide the service, maintain audit history, comply with law, resolve disputes, or enforce agreements. ERP and finance records may be retained longer because historical integrity matters.
