Refund Policy

This policy explains how refunds are handled for OrbitERP subscriptions, implementation, migration, and support services.

Trial period

The 15-day trial is provided so customers can evaluate OrbitERP before paid activation. Trial availability does not guarantee acceptance into a paid subscription.

Subscription refunds

Subscription fees are generally non-refundable once a billing period starts, unless required by law or approved by Nebulix after review.

If you believe there was a billing error, contact us promptly with the workspace, invoice, and payment details.

Cancellations

Cancellation normally stops renewal but does not automatically refund the current paid period. Access may continue until the end of the paid term unless otherwise agreed.

Custom work

Implementation, migration, customization, training, or consulting fees may be governed by a separate written agreement and may not be refundable once work starts.
