OrbitERP is operated by Nebulix Technologies FZE LLC. References to OrbitERP, Nebulix, we, us, or our mean the operator of the product and its authorized service providers.

OrbitERP is business workflow software. You remain responsible for reviewing quotations, invoices, payroll outputs, exports, reports, tax data, and compliance submissions before relying on them.

You should obtain professional accounting, payroll, legal, or tax advice where required. OrbitERP does not replace a licensed advisor.

New OrbitERP workspaces may start with a guided 15-day trial. Continuation, conversion, extension, and paid activation are confirmed through Nebulix.

Paid access, implementation support, migration, private deployment, and renewal terms may be confirmed separately in writing.

You must provide accurate account and company information, protect login credentials, and invite only authorized users.

You are responsible for activity performed through your workspace unless caused by a proven platform security failure.

Do not misuse the service, attempt to bypass subscription controls, upload unlawful material, reverse engineer protected parts of the platform, or use the service to harm Nebulix, other customers, or third parties.
