These subscription terms cover OrbitERP trials, activation, billing, renewal, cancellation, and plan-gated access.

Last updated: July 8, 2026

15-day trial

OrbitERP workspaces may begin with a guided 15-day trial opened with Nebulix setup support. The trial period is recorded on the company subscription record.

Trial users should evaluate the real workflows, users, roles, documents, reports, and migration needs before paid activation.

Paid activation

Paid subscriptions are activated by Nebulix after commercial terms are agreed. Billing may be handled through a Nebulix-controlled payment provider, invoice, or written agreement.

Plan limits and paid access controls may include users, companies, modules, exports, documents, support level, and deployment model.

Renewal and failed payments

Renewal dates, payment terms, and taxes are defined in the applicable order, invoice, checkout, or written agreement.

If payment fails or a subscription is not renewed, Nebulix may restrict paid features, suspend access, or cancel the workspace after notice where appropriate.

Upgrades and private rollout

Upgrades, private deployment, migration, training, or priority support may require separate pricing and written approval.
